- At Arca, the "Export Sales Engineers" and
an "Export Sales Assistant" provide customer
service for distributors during working hours (Italian
time). They give support in determining offers and information
regarding orders. For all communications, the official
language is English, however, at Arca, our staff in the
export department also speak French, Spanish, Portuguese,
Russian, and Czech
- Our technical assistance office can also be contacted
directly for technical information or specific problems
- Standard sales documentation (available in English,
French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) is placed at
your disposal free of charge. Alternatively, Arca can
supply high-quality photographs, should you choose to
create your own documentation
- Training and refresher courses for technical staff
are organized routinely at Arca at least once per year
- Orientation courses for sales staff are organized
upon request, at Arca or on site. What are the main principles

needs? What are its strengths and limits? These are some
of the questions dealt with
- Arca's Export Sales Engineers are able to provide qualified
support on site should you set up a stand at sector
trade fairs. These visits can also be used to discuss
requirements, and organize orientation courses for sales
staff

personalized promotional materials to put on display
in your showroom and at trade fairs: carpet, bags, pens,
